Where can I find my cardholder ID?
Your Cardholder ID is a unique 12-digit number that begins with 2000. It shows underneath your name on the front of the card.
I don't receive email login codes or the code has expired, how do I login?
You'll need to add [email protected] Centtrip authentication emails to your allowed sender list to ensure they're not delayed or blocked from reaching your inbox. Your organisation may also need to update/create a 'permitted sender policy'.
What should I do if I've forgotten the PIN for my card?
You can instantly reveal your forgotten PIN using the Centtrip app, or your desktop account.
My card doesn't seem to be working - can you help?
Yes, it's worth checking that you've activated your card, it's not locked, has sufficient balance, the payment you're making doesn't exceed a limit, and that the person you're paying accepts prepaid cards. If all else fails, contact us and we'll take a closer look.
