Follow the steps below to activate your card via the Centtrip app.
- Check your inbox for an activation email
- Follow the link to create a secure password (skip this step if you already have a login).
- Download the Centtrip app for iOS or Android and sign in using your email and new password.
- Tap on 'DASHBOARD' to visit the transactions screen, then select ‘New card requires activation’.
- Locate your card and press ‘ACTIVATE CARD’.
- Enter the last 4 digits of your long card number and ‘ACTIVATE CARD’.
- Tap ‘REVEAL’ to view your PIN.

|Can't sign into the app?||You can also text the word ‘PIN’ followed by the last eight digits of your long card number to +44 (0)7860 024 357. You will receive your PIN via SMS.|
|Not received your PIN via SMS?||Please ensure you are texting from the mobile number which is registered to the card. You can update this via your desktop account or the app. An administrator can also update this for you.|
|Contactless payments not working?||Make a chip-and-PIN payment the first time you use your card to activate the contactless feature.|
|No card funds?||If your card balance is showing zero, an Administrator will need to load your card with funds.|
