How do I activate my card?

3 Quick Steps:

  1. Once you receive your card, text the word ‘PIN’ followed by the last eight digits of your long card number to +44 (0)7860 024 357. You will receive an SMS with your PIN and your card will be activated.

  2. If you do not already have a Centtrip login, check your inbox for an email inviting you to 'Activate your account' and follow the link to create a password. Unable to find your activation email? Simply reset your password.

  3. Download the Centtrip app to your iOS or Android device and sign in with your email address and password.

Hints & Tips

  • Make a chip-and-PIN payment the first time you use your card to activate the contactless feature.
  • Use the app to check balances and transactions on the go, attach instant photo receipts and add labels, lock or unlock your card, reveal your forgotten PIN and more. Download Cardholder Guide.
  • If your card balance is showing zero, an Administrator will need to load your card with funds.
