How do I activate my Centtrip card?

1. Check your inbox for an activation email
2. Follow the link to create a secure password (skip this step if you already 
3. Download the Centtrip app for iOS or Android and sign in using your email and new password.
   
   
    
4. Tap on 'DASHBOARD' to visit the transactions screen, then select ‘New card requires activation’.
5. Locate your card and press ‘ACTIVATE CARD’.
6. Enter the last 4 digits of your long card number and ‘ACTIVATE CARD’.
7. Tap ‘REVEAL’ to view your PIN.
   
   

Note - you do not need to activate virtual cards. Simply find your card details within the app and set up Apple/Google Pay.

1) Sign into the app

• Check for an activation email and follow the link to create a secure password. Can't find this?
• Download the Centtrip app to your iOS or Android device.
• Sign in using your email address and new password

2) Activate your card

Once you receive your card, you can activate it in the app.

• Tap the gold ACTIVATE CARD button.
• Enter the last four digits of your long card number and ACTIVATE CARD.
• Then press SHOW PIN to view - you can get a reminder within the app at any time (see step 3).
   

3) Get a PIN reminder

If you have forgotten the PIN for your physical Centtrip card and need a reminder, you can check this securely within the app. Need to switch cards?

1. Open the app and tap MANAGE CARD.
2. Select PIN REVEAL.
3. Then SHOW PIN.
