As a corporate client, can I have cards in different base currencies?

Can I change the base currency on my existing multi-currency card?

No, the base currency is determined when the card is created.

How can I report on multiple cards and currencies?

Visit the 'Card Balances' section of your account dashboard to run a report comprising multiple cards and all associated currencies, over as longer a period as required.

What should I do if I have lost my device?

Your Centtrip app is secured with either a passcode or biometrics to prevent unauthorised access. Please contact us to using the details at the bottom of the page to get access to your account.

What can I use my Centtrip multi-currency Mastercard for?

You can use your Centtrip multi-currency Mastercard to make purchases online, over the phone and in store in more than 210 countries and territories.

Are EUR and USD denominated cards still multi-currency?

Yes – the new cards work in exactly the same way as existing ones. The only difference is the base currency.
