Q: What happens if I do not have sufficient funds for my payment and payment fee?

Payments are subject to our standard payment fees , which will be automatically debited from your Centtrip account balance, in the currency of the payment. You can check your payment fees in your account Fee Schedule . If you are sending a payment without a conversion and do not hold enough funds to cover both the payment value and the payment fee, your payment will not be sent. Please load additional funds (in the currency of the payment) and try again.

How do I specify whether an administrator has corporate-level or account-level access?

During the process of setting up a new Corporate Administrator, you will be prompted to specify the new user's access-type:

Corporate-level access -

The user will be able to view and manage the corporate account, plus all associated Operating Accounts.

To set up, simply select the 'Corporate Access' option.

Account-level access -

The user will only have access to view and manage specific Operating accounts.

Select 'Operating Account Level' and select one or more Operating Accounts from the menu.

Is Centtrip Mastercard a debit or credit card?

The Centtrip multi-currency Mastercard is neither a credit, charge nor debit card.

Centtrip cards are prepaid, reloadable and issued by an Electronic Money Institution. Each time you use your Centtrip card, the purchase value is deducted from the funds available on the card.

Simply buy any of the 15 deposit currencies using your Centtrip account or on our app and transfer it to your card. You can then use your Centtrip multi-currency Mastercard in more than 210 countries and territories, online and in store.

How do I add labels and receipts to my transactions?

Sign into the app and tap on a transaction to view more details and get started.
'Add Labels...' - Tap to enter your own custom labels. These can be anything that will help you identify or provide more information about the expense.
'Select Corporate Label...' - Add your organisation's pre-set labels to expenses. Start by selecting a Label Group (there may be multiple) to view the associated labels, and simply tap to add one. For example, your company may have created a Label Group for 'Expense Type' and 'Department' - from the first group, you might select 'Travel' for a plane ticket expense, and then 'Sales' as your department. Corporate Labels are custom to your organisation.
'Add receipt...' - There's no need to hold onto paper receipts or submit manual expense forms. Tap 'Add receipt' to take a quick photo and upload in seconds, as and when you spend.

Can't see Corporate Labels? Your organisation may need to set up their Corporate Labels, or enable them in the app.

Attachments are visible to corporate admins. They can be uploaded, viewed or downloaded from the 'Transactions' screen of the desktop account.

Question 4

My card has been lost or stolen, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Your card can be reported as lost or stolen and instantly locked via the Centtrip app. Once locked no debits or withdrawals can be made.

Report your card as lost or stolen using the app

Open the Centrip app and tap the menu icon to open app 'SETTINGS'.
Select ‘Lost or Stolen Card’.
An instant alert will be sent to Centtrip and the card will be locked automatically.
Contact Centtrip or your account administrator to order a replacement card. Any remaining card funds will need to be transfered back to your main account.
Once ordered, your new card should take 7-10 working days to arrive. Meanwhile, no debits or withdrawals will be allowed.

Hints and tips

You can also lock your card from your desktop account from the settings menu. Please also contact Centtrip to order a replacement.
To lock your for card for later use, without reporting it as lost or stolen, select 'Lock or Unlock Card' from the app menu. The card can be unlocked later at any time and used immediately.
We recommend downloading the app for your iOS or Android device, so that you can lock/unlock your card anytime, view balances and transactions on the go and upload instant photo receipts.

Administrators can also lock/unlock any cards they manage on behalf of cardholders, as outlined above.

Question 5

How do I view closed or expired cards in my account?

Accepted Answer

If some of your Centtrip cards have been closed or have expired, these may be hidden from your account dashboard and the reports you run. This is designed to help keep your account clear and easy to manage.

However, you can make a quick change in your account settings to unhide them.

Unhide closed and expired cards:

Sign into your Centtrip account here
Hover over your name in the top-right of the screen
Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu
Switch 'View closed and expired cards' to 'Yes'
Click 'MODIFY' to save your changes

You can now return to your account dashboard by clicking the Centtrip logo, and all closed and expired cards will now be visible.

How do I create a Corporate Super Administrator?

Accepted Answer

When opening a new Corporate Centtrip account, the first user created will be a Corporate Super Administrator (CSA).

To add additional Corporate Super Administrators to your account, please complete our CSA Set-up Form and return this to Centtrip Support. Please note - your completed form must be approved and signed by a company Director.
