How do I load or unload card funds?

You can transfer funds between your account and card(s) in seconds. Plus save time by loading multiple cards and/or currencies in batch.

Using your desktop account:

1. Choose the currency you want to load. If required, you can convert currency first.
2. Select the transfer direction.
3. If you manage multiple cards, you’ll be able to select the card you want to load funds from/to.
4. Enter the amount you want to load and click 'TRANSFER IMMEDIATELY'.

Using the Centtrip app:

1. Sign into the app and tap 'Load Card'
2. Select the currency you would like to transfer. If you want to transfer a currency you don't currently hold, please convert currency first.
3. To you want to move funds from your card to account instead of from account to card, tap to switch the'Transfer Direction'.
4. Press 'NEXT'
5. Enter the amount, and then 'CONFIRM' to transfer funds instantly.
