If your intended beneficiary/payee does not yet have a Centtrip account, they can apply online here.

How to get started -

Step 1 - Sign in

Both you and the beneficiary/payee need to have a Centtrip account. Sign in or apply online.

Step 2 - Connect via CenttripNow

Visit the 'RECIPIENTS' section of your account (A). If required, click 'ADD RECIPIENT' (B) and follow the steps to set up a new beneficiary. Then, use the check boxes to select recipients (C) and click 'INVITE' to send an instant CenttripNow email invitation (D). Once they accept, you will be able to send and receive payments.

Step 3 - Connect via CenttripNow

Alternatively, click 'ADD CENTTRIPNOW' (A) and enter a beneficary's unique CenttripNow code (B). You can also share your own, which will be shown here (C), with any payees.

Step 4 - Load account funds

Ensure you have sufficient funds - check your balance and load your account if required.

Step 5 - Convert currency

For international payments, you can convert currency directly within your account.

Step 6 - Make your CenttripNow payment

To make a CenttripNow transfer, select 'Send Payments' (A) and input the details. Choose 'CenttripNow' as your payment method (B) and submit your payment when ready (C).

How can I make a batch payment using CenttripNow

CenttripNow enables you to send and recieve free, instant payments to/from any other Centtrip account. You can make an individual CenttripNow payment or follow the steps below to send payments in batch.

Please note - you first need to add the beneficiaries to your CenttripNow network

How to send a CenttripNow batch payment

[how-tos][figure]First, ensure all beneficiaries have been added to your CenttripNow network. To check this, select 'Add Recipients' and look for the CenttripNow symbol under 'TYPE'. Select any other recipients and 'INVITE'. [/figure][figure]Once complete, select 'Send Payments' (A) and then, 'CREATE BATCH' (B).[/figure][figure]Click 'UPLOAD' (C).[/figure][figure]Ensure the first checkbox is ticked and download either the Excel or CSV template (D)[/figure][figure]Enter the details of each payment into the template. Be sure to enter the correct 'Nickname' for each CenttripNow recipient. Visit 'Add Recipients' to check these. How do I update my browser?

Most browsers will update themselves automatically, but if your browser is out of date for any reason, you can manually update it by following the steps above and clicking the update button. Please close and relaunch your browser to apply the changes.

Sign into your desktop account to create custom card balance and transaction alerts. These can all be tailored to your requirements and are ideal for avoiding delays and helping to keep your account and card(s) secure.

Card Balance Alert: ensure a cardholder never runs out of funds by receiving a low card balance alert.
Transaction Over Amount: set alerts to catch any unusual card spend and help keep your account secure.
Transaction Declined: receive instant notification of a declined transaction along with the reason for it.

After signing into your account, click or hover over the settings icon in the top right corner of the screen and click 'Alerts / Market Orders'.
Use the dropdown menu to choose an alert type: 'Card Balance Alert', 'Transaction Over Amount' or 'Transaction Declined'.
Search for the relevant card and click 'EDIT' to create your alert.
Depending on the alert you've selected, you will be promoted to enter a value, or simply to select how you would like to be notified: an email to administrators, an email to the cardholder or a text message to the cardholder. Tick your preferred options and click 'OK' to save and activate your alert.

Hints and tips

Alerts can be switched off and on any time by clicking 'DISABLE' / 'ENABLE' next to the relevant cardholder.
You can activate or deactivate all cardholder alerts instantly by clicking 'ENABLE ALL' / 'DISABLE ALL' at the top of the screen.
Any pre-existing 'Rate Alerts' and 'Market Orders' can also be viewed and edited from here.
New 'Rate Alerts' and 'Market Orders' can be set up from your account dashboard.
