How can I pay my Centtrip subscription, card or payment fees?

You can send payment to our Sterling or Euros account from your Centtrip account, or you can make an instant payment using the CenttripNow Service. In all cases, please remember to include your invoice number as the Payment Reference.

New to CenttripNow?

CenttripNow allows you to instantaneously transfer fund between any other Centtrip accounts, without incurring any fees. All you need to do is ensure the relevant Centtrip accounts are part of your CenttripNow network.

Sign into your account and click 'Add Recipients'
Click the 'ADD CENTTRIPNOW' button
Search for our invitation code (CENTTRIPC/8jelr) and invite us - you'll only need to do this once
Once your invitation has been accepted, visit the 'Send Payments' tab of your account
Enter the relevant payment details and select 'CenttripNow' from the 'To' dropdown
You can now select Centtrip as the recipient and complete your payment via CenttripNow

Question 2

Where can I find my cardholder ID?

Accepted Answer

Your Cardholder ID is a unique 12-digit number that begins with 2000. It shows underneath your name on the front of the card.

If you have lost your card, or are an Admin you can follow the steps below to export a report containing the Cardholder ID(s) for one or multiple cards.

Sign into your account and scroll down to the 'CARD BALANCES' section at the bottom of your dashboard.
Cick the person icon at the top (next to FIRST NAME) to instantly select all cards.
Click the 'EXPORT XLS' button
Enter a date range. To include all cards, we recommend entering the date the account was opened to present day.
Then EXPORT EXCEL. Your report will download automatically to your browser.
The 'Summary' tab will show all the cards issued within your date range, along with their Cardholder ID and current balances.

My card doesn't seem to be working - can you help?

If you are having difficulty using your card for a transaction, here are some possible causes to check:

Has the card been activated?

If not, please follow these activation instructions.

Are you using the correct PIN?

You can check your PIN in the app. If you have multiple cards, please ensure you have the correct card selected before revealing your PIN.

Is the card a replacement?

Your replacement card will require activation, and have a new PIN.

Is the card locked?

Follow these steps to check this and unlock the card.

Does the card have enough money to make the payment?

You can check your balance in the app. You may need to move money from your account balance to the card you're using. See How Do I Load My Cards for more information.

Does the merchant accept pre-paid cards?

While prepaid cards are accepted widely, some merchants may not accept them.

Correct billing address for online payments?

A billing address that doesn't match the address on your Centtrip account may prevent the payment from being accepted. You can check the correct billing address by tapping Your Details in the mobile app or by clicking on your name in the top right corner of your desktop account. Contact us using the details at at the bottom of this page to update this if it's out of date.

Are you trying to withdraw cash?

Does your withdrawal exceed the £750 daily ATM limit?
Does the ATM accept Mastercard? This should be visible on the outside of the ATM. Use the ATM Locator to find your nearest compatible ATM.
Is it a bank or independent ATM? Bank ATMs generally accept Centtrip cards more often.

Tap on 'DASHBOARD' to visit the transactions screen, then select ‘New card requires activation’.
Locate your card and press ‘ACTIVATE CARD’.
Enter the last 4 digits of your long card number and ‘ACTIVATE CARD’.
Tap ‘REVEAL’ to view your PIN.

What are Centtrip's standard account and card fees and limits?

Standard Fees

* Also subject to payment of any additional delivery and courier related charges.

** These are transactions in any currency that is outside of the available currency balance held on the card at the time of purchase.

Fees will be debited in the base currency of the account/card, or currency equivalent.

Card Limits

All accounts/cards are set up with the 'Standard' limits by default.

How do CSAs create and manage Admin users?

If you are a Corporate Super Administrator, you can instantly add new users to any of your accounts, set and manage user permissions and limits, or disable a user's access anytime, within User Management.

To get started, sign into your account, click or hover over the settings cog, then select 'User Management'. Use the dropdown menus to select your Corporate account and an Operating Account. Click 'APPLY' to view the user list for your selected account.

Enter the new user's email address and select 'CHECK' to see whether they already exist (if so, you will be able to edit their permissions).

Enter the new user's details - name, date of birth and phone number.

Then scroll down to 'User Access Level'. Selecting 'Corporate Access' will add the user to the Parent Account, plus all associated Operating Accounts (existing and new). Alternatively, click 'Operating Account Level' and use the dropdown to select specific Operating Accounts.

Finally, scroll down to 'Permissions' and tailor the limits and permissions for this user. Click 'SAVE' to finish. The new user will receive an instant activation email inviting them to create a password and sign in.

To edit limits and permissions or disable access -

After selecting the Corporate account and Operating Account, locate the relevant user and click 'EDIT'.

How do I give a user permission to order Centtrip cards?

Corporate Super Administrator's can specify whether or not users on the account can order cards, within their User Management Dashboard. You can change these permissions any time. Follow these steps to create a new user or enable an existing user to order cards -

How do I order Centtrip cards?

Order new Centtrip cards directly within your account, individually or in batch. Tailor your delivery preferences, specify a custom delivery address and contact, and order cards in a few quick steps. Once placed, you can keep track your order progress in real time from the 'Batch Card Results' tab.

Note - only users with authority to order cards can access this feature. If you cannot see the 'Order Cards' feature, please speak to your Administrator.

How do I reassign a spare card to a named user?

Accepted Answer

The 'Reassign Cards' feature can be used if you have ordered spare cards ahead of a project or requirement (eg. SPARE CARD 1 / SPARE CARD 2 etc) and are now ready to assign them to nominated users.

Reassigning a card will update the email address, date of birth and mobile number associated with the card, enabling the new user to sign into the account and manage the card. Existing users will be able to view the card within their account, and new users will recieve an instant activation email.

Search for the email address of the existing user who you want to reassign the card to. Select this user and click 'Continue'.

From the Centtrip app -

Open the Centtrip app and tap the menu icon to open app 'SETTINGS'
Select ‘Pin’ from the menu
Tap ‘Reveal’ and enter your security details or use Touch ID / Face ID
Your PIN will be shown on screen for 5 seconds

From your desktop account -

Sign into your account and hover over or click your name in the top right of the screen
Select 'PIN Reveal'
Choose your card and select 'REVEAL'
Your PIN will be shown on screen for 5 seconds
