How do I order Centtrip cards?
Administrators with authority to order cards can do this directly within their Centtrip account.
Step 1
Sign in and click on 'Manage Cards' in the navigation bar.

Step 2
Switch to the 'Order Cards' tab. Note - this feature will only be visible if you have authority to order cards.

Step 3
Check the delivery address shown on-screen. If you would like the cards to be delivered to an alternative address, please proceed with the order and email hello@centtrip.com within 24 hours. Click 'Continue'.

Step 4
Review the billing address and click 'Next'.

Step 5
Download the card order template and input details of your new cards - refer to the validation requirements on-screen to ensure this is completed correctly.

Step 6
When ready, upload your completed order form, scroll down and click 'Next'.

Step 7
You should now receive on-screen confirmation that your order has been submitted. If this contained any errors, you will be provided details so that you can amend them.
