Sign into your Centtrip account
Click to open the 'LIVE RATES' tab from your dashboard
Select your currency pairing and enter the amount you want to convert from, or to.
Then click 'GET RATE' to view the live market rate
You can also click 'SET ALERT' to recieve an instant notification if your target rate is achieved
Or, 'PLACE ORDER' to automatically execute your conversion if your target rate is acheived
Click Buy Currency to convert now at the live market rate

Sign into your account and click the 'LIVE RATES' tab on the left of the screen.
Use the dropdown menus to select the currencies you would like to exchange.
Click 'GET RATE' to view the live market rate for these currencies.
Select 'SET ALERT' and enter your target conversion rate into the box (for example, 1.44).
Click 'ABOVE THIS RATE' to set your alert and be notified via email as soon as the live market rate reaches (or exceeds) your target rate.
You can then purchase currency within your account, or contact our currency experts to learn more about developing your currency strategy.*

Cancel your alert at any time

Click or hover over the Settings cog in the top-right of your account.
Select 'Alerts / Market Orders' and choose 'Rate Alerts' from the dropdown menu.
View your active alerts and click 'REMOVE' next to any you would like to cancel.

The most common reasons are:

Insufficient Funds - an Administrator will need to load additional funds to the card.
Offline pins exceeded or Restricted Card - your card has been temporarily blocked due to too many incorrect PIN attempts or an offline terminal. Please contact Client Support to unblock it for you.

What is a foreign exchange spot transaction?

Accepted Answer

A foreign exchange SPOT transaction (or SPOT trade) is an agreement to buy or sell a particular currency pairing for immediate delivery (within 48 hours), at the current exchange rate. The SPOT Rate is the real-time exchange rate between 2 currencies that we can offer at the point of executing the transaction.

You can purchase currency at the spot rate directly within your Centtrip account.

Sign into your account and scroll down to the 'CARD BALANCES' section at the bottom of your dashboard.
Cick the person icon at the top (next to FIRST NAME) to instantly select all cards.
Click the 'EXPORT XLS' button
Enter a date range. To include all cards, we recommend entering the date the account was opened to present day.
Then EXPORT EXCEL. Your report will download automatically to your browser.
The 'Summary' tab will show all the cards issued within your date range, along with their Cardholder ID and current balances. You can delve into expenditure for each card by switching between the other tabs.
