Visit account.centtrip.com Enter your username and password and click 'SIGN IN' ( Forgotten your password? ) Select your preferred verification method: EMAIL - check your inbox for your verification code. Not received this? MOBILE APP - follow these steps to link your device and/or enter your app generated your app code. SMS - enter the verification code which has been sent to your mobile phone. Note - the code will be sent to the number which is registered to the card. Follow these steps if you need to update your number . New User? If you do not yet have a login, you will first need to activate your account and create a password. Check your inbox for an email inviting you to Activate your account and click 'START NOW'. Enter a secure password for your account and click 'CREATE PASSWORD'. You will now be redirected to the login page. Follow the steps above to sign in. If you can't find your activation email, please reset your password .

How do I add payment recipients to my account in batch?

Save time when adding multiple payment recipients to your Centtrip account. Our batch upload feature enables you to add hundreds of recipients in just one click, removing the need to create and verify each one individually.

After signing into your account, visit the Recipients tab and click 'UPLOAD RECIPIENTS'.
Scroll down and click either 'EXCEL TEMPLATE' or 'CSV TEMPLATE' to download the 'RecipientUploadTemplate’.
Complete all relevant fields of the template for each recipient.
Save your file and visit the same 'UPLOAD RECIPIENTS' page of your account (step 1).
Follow the steps under 'Verify as Trusted Payee' to verify using either an App or email generated code.
Click 'PICK A FILE...' and select your saved recipient template to upload it.
Once processed, you will receive an on-screen notification confirming the number of successful/unsuccessful beneficiary uploads. Press 'OK' to view the details.
Download the file provided - this will contain any unsuccessful recipients, along with the error reason. Example below:

Correct the errors on this document and follow step 5 onwards to re-upload it in the same way.
Once complete, you can make individual payments OR send payments in batch.

Hints and tips

You only need to re-upload the unsuccessful recipients, all others will have been processed successfully.
'Verify as Trusted Payee' - when entering the first 4 digits of the new recipient’s Account Number or IBAN, please use the details of the first recipient in the batch.
The ‘Override’ field of the template can be used to update the details of an existing beneficiary; enter ‘Y’ into the row and the recipient (with the same nickname) will be updated accordingly.

What is CenttripNow and how can I use it to make instant payments?

CenttripNow enables funds to be transferred instantaneously between connected Centtrip accounts, completely free of charge - 7 days a week, day or night. To use this service, all you need to do is connect the relevant accounts via the CenttripNow network.

If your intended beneficiary/payee does not yet have a Centtrip account, they can apply online here.

How to get started -

Step 1 - Sign in

Both you and the beneficiary/payee need to have a Centtrip account. Sign in or apply online.

Step 2 - Connect via CenttripNow

Visit the 'RECIPIENTS' section of your account (A). If required, click 'ADD RECIPIENT' (B) and follow the steps to set up a new beneficiary. Then, use the check boxes to select recipients (C) and click 'INVITE' to send an instant CenttripNow email invitation (D). Once they accept, you will be able to send and receive payments.

Step 3 - Connect via CenttripNow

Alternatively, click 'ADD CENTTRIPNOW' (A) and enter a beneficary's unique CenttripNow code (B). You can also share your own, which will be shown here (C), with any payees.

Step 4 - Load account funds

Ensure you have sufficient funds - check your balance and load your account if required.

Step 5 - Convert currency

For international payments, you can convert currency directly within your account.

Step 6 - Make your CenttripNow payment

To make a CenttripNow transfer, select 'Send Payments' (A) and input the details. Choose 'CenttripNow' as your payment method (B) and submit your payment when ready (C).

How do I find my nearest compatible ATM?

How do I check my card balance?

A. Open the app, select 'DASHBOARD' and visit the 'VIEW TRANSACTIONS' page.

B. Tap 'YOUR BALANCES' at the bottom of the screen.

C. Review the balance for each currency held on your card.

Question 6

I don't receive email login codes or the code has expired, how do I login?

Accepted Answer

Often corporate or private email systems block or delay emails from certain senders to prevent spam and unwanted messages. This can affect emails from Centtrip containing login authentication codes.

Corporate accounts

To fix this issue, your IT/technical team will need to create a 'permitted sender policy' by creating a rule:

for emails from noreply@centtrip.com and/or
for emails with the return address (mail envelope from) "@track.centtrip.com".

Personal accounts

If the email address you use to login to Centtrip is not managed by a corporate admin, adding noreply@centtrip.com to your safe senders email list should mean these emails arrive before the code expires.

How can I manage and order Centtrip cards?

Administrators can access the 'Manage Cards' feature within their account. Users with the relevant permissions will also be able to view the 'Order Cards' tab.

Lock/Unlock - use the Lock/Unlock toggle as required. Once locked, no further transactions or withdrawals can be made. Unlock again anytime to use immediately.

Close Card - use this feature if a card is no longer required. Any unused card funds will be automatically transferred back into your Centtrip account.

Reassign Card - assign a generic/unnamed card (eg. 'Spare Card', 'Captain's card', 'Finance team card') to a new nominated user. This will update the email address, date of birth and mobile number associated to the card; these details are required for account and app login.

Order Cards - switch to the 'Order Cards' tab and follow the steps to submit your order. Please note - this feature will only be visible if you have authority to order cards.

Tips for completing your Card Order Form:

Date of birth format: DD/MM/YYYY
Name fields: max 22 chars incl spaces for both first and last name combined, no special characters
Phone number format: please enter the country code first followed by the number. For example 044 for UK, 001 for US.
Cardholder email and date of birth is required for card activation and password reset - please enter these accurately.

Personal Clients:

We can only issue one card per personal account. If you need a replacement card, please email Client Support.

You can also report your card lost or stolen in the Centtrip app

Tap the three lines in the top right of the home screen.
Select 'Lost or Stolen Card' from the settings menu.
Press 'REPORT YOUR CARD LOST OR STOLEN' at the bottom of the screen.

This will lock your card and notify us that a replacement is required. We'll be in contact with you to confirm the details.

*There is a fee of £10 to replace a lost or stolen card.
