Why has an €8 fee been taken from my Euro payment?

Any Euro payments sent to countries within the EEA (European Economic Area) as SWIFT may be subject to an €8 fee, charged by the intermediary bank to which the payment is being sent. This charge is not taken by Centtrip and is unfortunately outside of our control

Why did Centtrip’s bank details change and how does this affect me?

In preparation for the end of the Brexit transition phase, the bank details used for loading your Centtrip account will change on the 17th of December 2020.

How can my auditor request information about my account?

We use Confirmation.com to manage audit requests from clients and auditors ensuring information is provided efficiently and securely to only those authorised to receive it.

How do I get the best rate when withdrawing from an ATM?

You can withdraw currencies, from any cash machine displaying the Mastercard Acceptance Mark. To get the best rate, always choose to process the transaction in the local currency .

What should I do if I have lost my device?

Your Centtrip app is secured with either a passcode or biometrics to prevent unauthorised access. Please contact us to using the details at the bottom of the page to get access to your account.

Is Centtrip Mastercard a debit or credit card?

The Centtrip multi-currency Mastercard is a prepaid, reloadable card - not a credit, charge nor debit card.

Can I change the base currency on my existing multi-currency card?

No, the base currency is determined when the card is created.

As a corporate client, can I have cards in different base currencies?

Corporate clients can have cards with different base currencies. Contact us to order additional cards.
