How can I update a cardholder's date of birth and mobile number?

Corporate Super Administrators are able to instantly update the date of birth (DOB) and mobile number associated with a card. These details are required for password reset, account activation and SMS PIN reminders.

How to update a DOB / mobile number:

Locate the card you want to update and click the 'EDIT' button.[/figure][figure]Scroll down to 'CARDHOLDER DETAILS', amend the DOB and/or mobile number and click 'UPDATE'.[/figure][figure]You will get an on-screen reminder that these updates will apply to any other cards which are registered to this email address. How can I apply to open a Centtrip account?

Sign in or REGISTER to create an account.
Click the 'New Application' button in the top-right.
Complete the required fields and upload any acceptable supporting documentation.
Your progress can be saved to continue later if needed. Submit your application when ready.
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed and we will be in contact regarding the status, or if any additional information is required.
If/when approved, the first user created will be a Corporate Super Administrator (CSA). The CSA can then add and manage users on the account.

How do I view pending card transactions in the app?

Sign into the app and follow the steps below -

From the 'TRANSACTIONS' screen, tap on the magnifying glass icon to expand filters.
Press 'Currency' and select the relevant one.
Tap 'Pending' to view transactions which have not yet cleared for your chosen currency.

Why are the bank details for loading my Centtrip account not in my name?

Your Centtrip account is not a bank account; Centtrip Limited is an Electronic Money Institution authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

We use multiple banking and other financial institution partners to hold client funds in secure, segregated currency accounts - the details you see on-screen are for these accounts.

So to fund your account, please use the full payment details provided under "Load Account" for your selected currency. To avoid delays, be sure to always quote your reference number (starting CENT), and ensure payment is from an account in the same name as your Centtrip account, or an Approved Third Party.

Once we receive your funds, they will be credited to your Centtrip account.

Click either 'XLSX' or 'PDF', depending on your preference, and choose an export option (see below for more).
You will receive an email once your report is ready. Visit 'REQUESTED REPORTS' to download it.

Expense Management makes it easy to view and manage expense receipts, labels and notes. We recommend filtering on transactions with receipts attached and then follow the steps below.

Follow these steps -

[how-tos][figure]Click on a transaction line to expand more details and manage the expense.[/figure][figure]View or download a Cardholder Receipt added via the app, or upload one from file.[/figure][figure]If your organisation has set up and enabled Corporate Labels in the app, you'll be able to review any which have been added by the cardholder. You can also attach them yourself via a quick dropdown.[/figure][figure]Review and edit the Cardholder Labels - these are custom tags which help cardholders to categorise and identify their expenses. You may want to provide guidance on how to use these.[/figure][figure]Enter custom Administrator Notes. Visit the 'View Transactions' screen -

1) Show expenses with missing receipts

Filter on transactions which have outstanding receipts and labels - expenses will disappear from this list instantly once you upload the receipt.

Tap on the search icon on the Transactions screen.
Select 'Receipts'.
Select ‘Transactions without receipts’ and press ‘DONE’.

2) Attach photo receipts

Tap on a transaction to submit a photo receipt effortlessly, as and when you spend - there's no need to hold onto stacks of paper receipts to be scanned manually, or to submit lengthy expense forms.

3) Select Corporate Labels

Corporate Labels are custom to your organisation and are linked to relevant accounting codes - simply select the appropriate label from the pre-set list(s).
