How do I transfer Multi-factor Authentication to a new device?

If you have the old device linked to your Centtrip account and your new device, follow the steps below to transfer Multi-factor Authentication to the new device. Otherwise, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

On your old device:

  1. Log in to the Centtrip mobile app.
  2. Select MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION.
  3. Select 'Identify' to view your security code.

On your new device:

  1. Log in to the Centtrip mobile app
  2. Select MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION
  3. Select TRANSFER TO NEW DEVICE
  4. Enter the security code from your old device.
