If you have the old device linked to your Centtrip account and your new device, follow the steps below to transfer Multi-factor Authentication to the new device. Otherwise, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
On your old device:
- Log in to the Centtrip mobile app.
- Select MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION.
- Select 'Identify' to view your security code.
On your new device:
- Log in to the Centtrip mobile app
- Select MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION
- Select TRANSFER TO NEW DEVICE
- Enter the security code from your old device.
