Where can I find information on the Centtrip services which are temporarily unavailable from 31st December 2023?

Due to changes we are implementing to ensure that Centtrip complies with all its regulatory obligations, our card ordering and account creation services will be temporarily unavailable from 31st December 2023. During this period you will be unable to order any new or replacement cards, or open additional accounts.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will be working diligently to ensure these services resume on 19th January 2024.

What do you need to do?

To avoid any disruption to your service, please make arrangements for any upcoming requirements at your earliest convenience, and no later than 31st December:

  1. Order Centtrip cards - if you are likely to require any new or replacement cards between now and 19th January, please order these within your account. Please note, only authorised users can submit card orders.

  2. Replace expiring cards - If you have cards expiring between now and the end of January, remember to order replacements - they will not be automatically re-issued. How can I run a report of expiring cards?

  3. Set up accounts - create any new Accounts ready for the new year by applying online or completing the account set-up form and returning it to Client Support.

Please Note - We always recommend ordering spare cards, in case a card is lost or stolen and needs to be replaced urgently. You can order and reassign them to users instantly when needed.
