Where can I find out more about the Centtrip and DeepBlue integration?

How do I integrate my Centtrip and DeepBlue accounts?

Integrating your accounts is quick and easy. Start by submitting your request here. DeepBlue will then create a dedicated email address for their developer. Simply add them to your Centtrip account as a read-only user (i.e. with zero limits and permissions) and let us take care of the rest.


How long does it take for the integration to be set up?

Your integration should take no more than 24 hours after making your request.


When will my Centtrip transactions appear in DeepBlue?

Transactions will sync to DeepBlue as soon as they occur.


How many of my Centtrip account and cards can I sync to DeepBlue?

As many as you require! There is no limit.


Can I initiate Centtrip payments from DeepBlue?

Yes! You can make wire transfers from Centtrip to a bank account, via DeepBlue.


Will transactions initiated in DeepBlue also appear in my Centtrip account?

Yes. You will have a record of the transaction in both your Centtrip and DeepBlue account.


How will Centtrip transactions appear in my DeepBlue account?

Cardholder notes made in the Centtrip app will appear in the 'Description' field within DeepBlue.

Will ATM cash withdrawals be shown in DeepBlue?

Yes! Including any ATM withdrawal fees.
