How do I set up payment approvals?

To ensure payments are only processed after relevant approvals, Corporate Super Administrators can configure user roles and require that payments be approved by one or more designated administrators.

  1. Click or hover over the settings cog, then select User Management.
  2. Use the dropdown menus to select your Corporate and Operating Accounts and click APPLY.
  3. Click to CREATE USER or EDIT to update an existing user's limits and permissions:
    • Image A - shows how to configure approval requirements for recipient creation, same-currency payments, and foreign exchange (FX) payment
    • Image B - demonstrates how to grant users permission to approve payment requests submitted by other administrators.
