How do I order Centtrip cards?

How to order an individual card

Follow step-by-step guide -
- Sign into your Centtrip account and click 'Manage Cards'.
- Then, switch to the 'Order cards' tab at the top of the card management dashboard.
- Click 'Individual Card Order'
- Enter the user's details on the left-hand side. If their email address already exists, the remaining user details will be populated automatically. Alternatively, click 'Create New' and fill these out. Please ensure you use the correct details, as they will be used for security and validation purposes.
- Enter the card details on the right-hand side. The name on the card can be role based (e.g. Captain One) if preferred. Then click 'Next'.
- Choose a delivery method (Royal Mail or Courier - please note the Courier fees.). Then select or create a delivery address.
- Press 'Next' to choose a delivery contact, before continuing.
- That's it! You card is on its way. If you created a new user during the order process, instructions on how to activate get started with the account and card will be sent to the email address provided.
How to order cards in batch
- Sign into your Centtrip account and click 'Manage Cards'.
- Then, switch to the 'Order cards' tab at the top of the card management dashboard.
- Download the card order template and complete this as follows:

| First Name | The first name of the user who will be managing the card. | For regulatory reasons, this MUST be the real name of an individual. You can change this at any time using the Reassign Card feature. This will NOT be printed on the card unless you enter it as the emboss name. |

| ATM Limit | Select in the spreadsheet | The maximum that can be withdrawn from ATMs. |
- Upload your completed spreadsheet within your Centtrip account (you may need to log in again) and click 'Next'. Review your card billing address before continuing.
- Choose or create a delivery address and press 'Next'. Then choose a delivery contact and click 'Next' to finish.
- That's it! You should see a confirmation message and your cards will be on their way very soon. Alternatively, you will be informed of any errors with your spreadsheet. Simply correct these and try placing your order again.
- Sign in to your account and open Manage Cards from the left-hand menu.
- Switch to the Order Cards tab at the top.
- Adjust the settings as follows:
- Select region: Choose whether you're ordering cards for an EEA or US account.
- Corporate information: Select the corporate and operating account.
- Select type of cards: Choose the card currency , and select whether you want to order physical cards or virtual cards.
Press Next to proceed.

- Download the card order template.
- Fill the form out, referring to the Validation requirements
- Once completed, upload your filled-in template

- Click Next to continue:
- If you have chosen virtual cards, you will see an on-screen confirmation message, and you can review the status of your order under the "Card Order Status" tab.
- If you have chosen physical cards, you will be prompted to select delivery preferences before pressing Next to complete your order.
If there are any errors in the uploaded spreadsheet, they will be clearly displayed. Please correct the errors and re-upload the file to proceed.
How to fill out the card order template

- Corporate Name: Pre-filled in the first row. Drag down for all rows you complete.
- First & Last Name: Enter the legal name of the cardholder (required for compliance).
- Emboss Name: This is the name shown on the card. Can be generic (e.g. CHEF CARD).
- Email: Needed for app/desktop login.
- Birth Date: Enter in numerical format (e.g. DD/MM/YYYY). Must be accurate for verification.
- Mobile Phone Code: Enter country code only (e.g. 1 for USA). No leading zeros.
- Mobile Phone Number: Required for verification.

Shared Balance (Yes/No):
- Yes = draws from the main account balance (you can still set limits).
- No = card must be preloaded with funds
