Why are my receipts not being transferred to Xero?
If you’ve already connected your Centtrip and Xero accounts but your receipts aren't appearing in Xero, it’s likely because you have not yet set up expense feeds. Note - You may instead have set up Statement feeds, which DO NOT include receipts.
Set up Expense Feeds & Transfer Receipts
- Sign in and click Manage Expenses
- Go to the INTEGRATIONS page
- Create new data feeds with ‘Expense’ as the feed type, instead of ‘Statement’.
- Then you can select which expenses to transfer, OR set them to transfer automatically once a receipt and label and label have been attached.
