How do I switch off or edit card transaction alerts?
Learn how to easily turn off or customise transaction alerts for your Centtrip card
Which platform are you using?
Only administrators can edit the notification settings.
- Sign into your desktop account and click or hover over the settings icon in the top right of the screen
- Click Alerts / Market Orders.
- Choose the relevant alert type from the dropdown menu
- Review the list of existing alerts and click to EDIT or DISABLE.
Cardholders
As a cardholder, you can choose to receive notifications when a card transaction is declined and/or when a transaction is successful.
You can manage your notifications within the Centtrip app:
- Sign into the app and tap the MANAGE CARD button
- Select MANAGE NOTIFICATIONS
- Use the toggle to specify whether you would like to receive notifications for:
- Declined transactions and/or
- Successful transactions
Administrators
- Sign in and click on your name in the top-right corner
- Choose My details from the dropdown menu
- Scroll down to Notifications and choose your notification preferences
