How do I set up alerts?

Set up a variety of custom alerts and choose who receives them to ensure you can stay one step ahead of any potential issues, before they happen.

Alerts currently only available on our Centtrip UK platform. Coming soon to Centtrip Global.

 

Set up a variety of custom alerts and choose who receives them to ensure you can stay one step ahead of any potential issues, before they happen:

  • Card Balance Alert: ensure cards never run out of funds by receiving an alert when funds are low
  • Transaction Over Amount: catch any unusual card spend and help keep your account secure
  • Transaction Declined: prevent delays caused by declined transaction

 

How to set them up

All alerts are set up in the same way:

  1. Click or hover over the settings icon in the top right corner of the screen 
  2. Click 'Alerts / Market Orders'.
  3. Choose an alert type from the dropdown menu
  4. Search for the relevant card and click 'EDIT' to create your alert.
  5. Depending on which alert you've selected, you will be promoted to enter a value, or simply to select how you would like to be notified.
  6. Tick your preferred options and click 'OK' to save and activate your alert.
