How do I update my password?

If you know your current password and would like to update it, you can do this within your account. It's a good idea to update your password regularly to help keep your account secure. Forgotten your password? Reset it here.

1. Sign into your desktop account.
2. Click on your name in the top-right of the screen and select 'Change password'.
3. Enter your current password, plus your new password, and click 'SUBMIT'.

Your new password must contain:

• 10 characters or more;
• At least 1 non alphanumeric characters
• At least 1 upper case letter;
• At least 1 lower case letter;
• At least 1 number.
