Can I highlight transactions that include VAT?

If like many of our clients, you have cards which are used in various currencies and countries, it may be helpful to be able to easily flag and identiy those that incurr VAT. You can do this easily within your Expenses dashboard.

1. Sign into your account and click Manage Expenses.
2. Click the 'Fields' button as shown below, and then click the checkbox to add 'Tax'.
3. You will now see a new column has been added. You can easily tick or untick the checkbox next to each transaction, to show whether or not this includes VAT.
