What should I do if I've forgotten my password?

You can reset your password instantly via the Centtrip app or your desktop account

Using your desktop account

  1. Visit account.centtrip.com
  2. Click FORGOT PASSWORD?
  3. Enter your email address and date of birth to verify your identity and select NEXT
  4. If the details you have entered are correct, a verification code will be emailed to you.
  5. Enter the code where prompted and click Next
  6. You will now be able to set up your new password.

Using the app

  1. Open the Centtrip app for iOS or Android
  2. Tap LOG IN, then, FORGOT PASSWORD?
  3. Enter your email address and date of birth and select NEXT
  4. If the details you have entered are correct, a verification code will be emailed to you.
  5. Enter the code where prompted and click Next
  6. You will now be able to set up your new password.
