What should I do if I've forgotten my password?
You can reset your password instantly via the Centtrip app or your desktop account
Using your desktop account
- Visit account.centtrip.com
- Click FORGOT PASSWORD?
- Enter your email address and date of birth to verify your identity and select NEXT
- If the details you have entered are correct, a verification code will be emailed to you.
- Enter the code where prompted and click Next
- You will now be able to set up your new password.
Using the app
- Open the Centtrip app for iOS or Android
- Tap LOG IN, then, FORGOT PASSWORD?
- Enter your email address and date of birth and select NEXT
- If the details you have entered are correct, a verification code will be emailed to you.
- Enter the code where prompted and click Next
- You will now be able to set up your new password.
