How do I reset my forgotten password?

Using your desktop account

1. Visit account.centtrip.com and click FORGOT PASSWORD? below the login details.
2. Enter your email address and date of birth, choose your preferred verification method (Whatsapp, SMS or email) and press NEXT.

3. Input the verification code that has just been sent to you, and press NEXT.
4. Now simply enter and confirm your new password and click CHANGE PASSWORD to save.

Using the Centtrip app

1. Open the Centtrip app and tap LOG IN.
2. Select FORGOT PASSWORD?.
3. Enter your email address and date of birth, choose your preferred verification method (Whatsapp, SMS or email) and press NEXT.

5. Now simply enter and confirm your new password and click CHANGE PASSWORD to save.
