How do I activate my account and sign in?
Activate your account
If you are new to Centtrip and/or have never signed in before (whether you are a cardholder or an administrator), you'll first need to activate your account and create a password -
- Check your inbox for an email inviting you to activate your account and click 'START NOW'.
- If you cannot find your activation email, simply reset your password.
- Enter a secure password for your account and click 'CREATE PASSWORD'.
- You can now sign into the app, or log into your desktop account.
Sign in via your desktop
- Visit account.centtrip.com
- Enter your username and password and click 'SIGN IN' (Forgotten your password?)
- Select your preferred verification method:
- EMAIL - check your inbox for your verification code. Not received this?
- MOBILE APP - link your device and/or enter your app generated your app code.
- WHATSAPP - we'll send your login code via WhatsApp.
- SMS - enter the verification code which has been sent to your mobile phone.
Sign in via the Centtrip app
- Download the Centtrip iOS or Android app.
- Tap 'LOG IN' and sign in with your email address and new password.
- Follow these steps if you need to activate your card.
