Can I cancel or change a scheduled payment?
Discover how to easily cancel or modify your scheduled payments to manage your finances more effectively.
Yes, you can cancel a payment that has not yet been sent, whether this is because it is awaiting approval, or has been scheduled for a later date. However, if a payment has already been sent, Centtrip no longer hold the funds and so are unable to cancel it.
Choose your platform below to see how to cancel a scheduled payment.
Which platform are you using?
- Sign into your account and visit Send Payments.
- Click the SCHEDULED button to view pending payments.
- Locate the payment batch you wish to edit/cancel and click OPEN.
- Use the checkboxes to select individual payments within the batch, or select all.
- Then click REMOVE SELECTED to cancel.

- Sign into your Centtrip account and visit PAYMENTS from the left hand menu.
- Locate the pending payment and click to open the details side-panel.
- To reject or cancel a scheduled payment, click REJECT. This will cancel all payments within that batch.

If a payment has already been sent, Centtrip no longer hold the funds, so it cannot be cancelled.
