Can I cancel or change a scheduled payment?

Yes, you can cancel a payment that has not yet been sent, whether this is because it is awaiting approval, or has been scheduled for a later date. However, if a payment has already been sent, Centtrip no longer hold the funds and so are unable to cancel it.

  1. Sign into your account and visit Send Payments.
  2. Click the SCHEDULED button to view pending payments.
  3. Locate the payment batch you wish to edit/cancel and click OPEN.
  4. Use the checkboxes to select individual payments within the batch, or select all.
  5. Then click REMOVE SELECTED to cancel.
 
  1. Sign into your Centtrip account and visit PAYMENTS from the left hand menu.
  2. Locate the pending payment and click to open the details side-panel.
  3. To reject or cancel a scheduled payment, click REJECT. This will cancel all payments within that batch. 
 

If a payment has already been sent, Centtrip no longer hold the funds, so it cannot be cancelled.
