Why does my card show a zero available balance when I know there are funds on it?

You could be viewing the wrong card or currency. Please contact Centtrip Support if the issue persists.

This may happen if:

  • You're viewing the wrong card - try switching cards in the app.
  • You're looking at the wrong currency wallet
  • There is a temporary technical issue

If everything appears correct and the issue continues, please contact Centtrip Support.
