Set up custom approval workflows to suit your preferences and requirements
Which platform are you using?
To ensure payments are only processed after relevant approvals, Corporate Super Administrators can configure user roles and require that payments be approved by one or more designated administrators.
- Click or hover over the settings cog, then select User Management.
- Click APPLY.to view your user list.
- Click to CREATE USER or EDIT to update an existing user's limits and permissions:
- Image A - shows how to configure approval requirements for recipient creation, same-currency payments, and foreign exchange (FX) payment
- Image B - demonstrates how to grant users permission to approve payment requests submitted by other administrators

To set up payment approvals or recipient creation approvals, simply create a role that specifies the number of approvals required (1, 2, or 3) as well as a role that authorises users to approve these requests.
You can then assign these roles to users as required.
Remember to ensure that there are at least the same number of approvers.
Create or Update a Role:
- Visit USERS from the left hand menu and switch to the Roles tab.
- Click on a role, and then EDIT in the side panel, or, DUPLICATE to create a new one.
