Why am I not receiving my report completion emails?
You will only receive a report confirmation if you are using the Centtrip UK platform. For Centtrip Global, reports are downloaded automatically in your browser.
Which platform are you using?
If you are using the Centtrip UK platform and are not receiving emails, please try the following steps.
Check your email spam/junk folder
Report notifications may be filtered by your email provider. Please check:
- Spam / Junk folder
- Promotions / Updates tabs (especially Gmail)
Add Centtrip to your safe senders list
To ensure report emails are delivered correctly, add Centtrip to your safe sender or trusted contacts list.
How to do this:
Gmail:
- Open an email from Centtrip (if available)
- Click the three dots (⋮) → “Not spam”
- Or go to Settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses → add Centtrip as a trusted sender
Outlook / Microsoft 365:
- Go to Settings → Mail → Junk email
- Under Safe senders and domains, add
centtrip - Save changes
Other email providers:
- Look for “Safe Senders”, “Whitelist”, or “Trusted Contacts” in settings
- Add
centtripor the full sender domain used in notifications
Locate the report within your account
Even if you cannot find the confirmation email, you can still access your reports within your Centtrip account.
- Sign into your account and click Manage Expenses.
- Open REQUESTED REPORTS from the left hand menu.
- Click on the hyperlinked report name to download.

Note - it can take a few moments to generate, so please refresh the page if you don't see your report initially.
