How do I activate my card?

Now that you have your new Centtrip card, sign it on the reverse and follow these instructions to activate it.

I don't receive email login codes or the code has expired, how do I login?

You'll need to add noreply@centtrip.com Centtrip authentication emails to your allowed sender list to ensure they're not delayed or blocked from reaching your inbox. Your organisation may also need to update/create a 'permitted sender policy'.

Can I access more than one account from the Centtrip app?

Yes, select Switch Account from home screen, then select LINK ACCOUNT and follow the prompts.
