If you still have the old device linked to your Centtrip account, follow these steps to transfer multi-factor authentication to a new device.
You'll need to add noreply@centtrip.com Centtrip authentication emails to your allowed sender list to ensure they're not delayed or blocked from reaching your inbox. Your organisation may also need to update/create a 'permitted sender policy'.
