From the Centtrip app -

Open the Centtrip app and tap the menu icon to open app 'SETTINGS'
Select ‘Pin’ from the menu
Tap ‘Reveal’ and enter your security details or use Touch ID / Face ID
Your PIN will be shown on screen for 5 seconds

From your desktop account -

Sign into your account and hover over or click your name in the top right of the screen
Select 'PIN Reveal'
Choose your card and select 'REVEAL'
Your PIN will be shown on screen for 5 seconds

How do I attach my expense receipts and labels in the app?

Visit the 'View Transactions' screen -

1) Show expenses with missing receipts

Filter on transactions which have outstanding receipts and labels - expenses will disappear from this list instantly once you upload the receipt.

Tap on the search icon on the Transactions screen.
Select 'Receipts'.
Select ‘Transactions without receipts’ and press ‘DONE’.

2) Attach photo receipts

Tap on a transaction to submit a photo receipt effortlessly, as and when you spend - there's no need to hold onto stacks of paper receipts to be scanned manually, or to submit lengthy expense forms.

3) Select Corporate Labels

Corporate Labels are custom to your organisation and are linked to relevant accounting codes - simply select the appropriate label from the pre-set list(s).

Enter any additional information that might assist your finance team. This could include the reason for the expense, who approved it, which project it relates to etc.

How do I view my card transactions for another currency in the app?

Your Centtrip card enables you to make transactions in up to 15 currencies, which you can view in the app.

To change the currency -

Visit the 'VIEW TRANSACTIONS' screen of the app and tap the magnifying glass icon to expand filters.
Press 'Currency'.
Select the currency you would like to view transactions for.

How do cardholders record cash transactions?

Record all of your transactions effortlessly via the Centtrip app, even those made in cash. Whether you've spent cash from an ATM, or cash received from an Administrator - create cash transactions and attach instant photo receipts and labels in a couple of taps.

From the 'VIEW TRANSACTIONS' screen of the app, switch to Cash (A) and tap + Add transaction (B).
Enter the transaction details (C) and select Add receipt. Take a photo or select an image (D) and SUBMIT (E).

Press DONE to close the cash transaction summary (A).
Next, Select Corporate Labels (B) and tap to open the first label group (C), in this example: Expense Type. (Note - these are custom to your organisation).

Then choose the relevant label from the group (e.g. Sustenance) (A).
Once added, your label will be shown on the transaction details screen. Tap Select Corporate Labels again (B) and open the next label group (C). Repeat the process until all Corporate Labels have been added.

How do I remove unused card funds?

Funds can be removed from a card and transferred back into your Centtrip account using the Load Cards feature.

Sign into your account and click 'Load Cards'.
Select the currency you want to remove.
Choose 'From Card to Account' as your transfer direction
Select the card you want to remove funds from and enter the amount.
Click 'TRANSFER IMMEDIATELY', or (to make multiple transfers), 'ADD TO BATCH TRANSFER'.

Question 6

Can I use my card to make contactless payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Being able to make contactless payments on the go with your Centtrip card is a simple and convenient method for making purchases.

However, from time to time you will still be required to insert your card into a card-reader and enter your PIN to verify the payment. This is to help prevent fraud and keep your money secure, wherever you are around the world.

There are also daily and cumulative limits to how much you can spend on your card using the contactless method, which can vary by both country and retailer.

If after successfully making a purchase using your PIN you find you are still unable to make contactless purchases, please contact Centtrip Support so that we may investigate further.

Please note, if your card is new, contactless payments will not be enabled until you have made a purchase using your PIN.

Question 7

Am I authorised to order Centtrip cards?

Accepted Answer

Only users who have been given authorisation can order cards within their account - select 'Manage Cards' from your account dashboard, and then switch to the 'Order Cards' tab.

If you do not see the 'Order Cards' tab, it may mean you have not been given the relevant permissions. Please contact your Corporate Super Administrator to request access.

How do I close a Centtrip card?

If you want to close a Centtrip card which is no longer required, you can do this within the 'Manage Cards' section of your desktop account.

Please note - you will only be able to access this feature if you are a corporate account holder. For personal accounts, please contact Centtrip Support.

How do I order Centtrip cards?

Order new Centtrip cards directly within your account, individually or in batch. Tailor your delivery preferences, specify a custom delivery address and contact, and order cards in a few quick steps. Once placed, you can keep track your order progress in real time from the 'Batch Card Results' tab.

Note - only users with authority to order cards can access this feature. If you cannot see the 'Order Cards' feature, please speak to your Administrator.

How do I reassign a spare card to a named user?

Accepted Answer

The 'Reassign Cards' feature can be used if you have ordered spare cards ahead of a project or requirement (eg. SPARE CARD 1 / SPARE CARD 2 etc) and are now ready to assign them to nominated users.

Reassigning a card will update the email address, date of birth and mobile number associated with the card, enabling the new user to sign into the account and manage the card. Existing users will be able to view the card within their account, and new users will recieve an instant activation email.
